Book 2 of the steamy erotic Master Chefs Series continues culinary student Taryn Cummings' and Master Chef Errol King's forbidden relationship that challenges and shakes both to the edge of all they've known. Could love exist after pain?
Liezel’s Thoughts:
Savor Me continues right where Devour Me left off where we find Taryn leaving the city of Paris. She tells her brother that she moved back to New York City because she was homesick and that she was struggling with the language but we all know that the primary reason was Errol. Like I had mentioned in my Devour Me review ( Click HERE to read) I thought she may have over reacted in the end which could be understandable since she is inexperienced in relationships but it was a disappointing that she gave up her studies just because that one misunderstanding. It however did lead to Errol following Taryn back to NYC which I thought that was a great gesture on Errol’s part.
I have to say that I enjoyed this story for a couple of reasons. I thought it had more depth than the first book. Savor Me not only focused on Taryn and Errol’s relationship but is also gave us a better background into Taryn’s life and that of her family. It tell us how she came to enjoy cooking and how dedicated she is in the success of the family business.
While book 1 concentrated heavily on the physical aspects of Taryn and Errol’s relationship this one shows us how much they have evolved into something more. Errol was frustrating in Devour Me but he sure did redeem himself. Loved him in this book! He shows Taryn how much he values her , respects her professionally and proves to her over and over again how important she is in his life. I always thought they were perfectly matched and the way this book was written proves my statement even more.
I also thought that the writing was smoother and the story was better delivered. It also had better closure but still manages to keep us wanting more. Bottom line is, I thought Savor Me was great and a definite must read series for romance lovers.

Liezel, I agree with your review. This book had more depth. I know I grew to like Errol where I was leery of him in the first book.
