Wanting the perfect man doesn’t make me crazy. I just know what I like.

A powerful billionaire in a suit wasn’t even my first choice. McAllister Stonewall was never on my radar, I didn’t even know he existed.

But I do now.

His hands are all over me at work. The heat of his chest pressing against my bare back as he bends me over the desk is the only thing on my mind.

He is my most forbidden desires unleashed. He is my new secret obsession. He is my Mr. Perfect.

Until the moment I realize… There’s no such thing as perfect.

Q & A Review by Angie and Liezel

What was your favorite quote in the book?

Angie:

I have so much of this book highlighted. One of my favorite quotes that still makes me giggle is…

“I can make arrangements for the hot brother to get you off with his vibrating phone if you want.”

This sets the tone of the book and it just keeps getting funnier from there.

Liezel:
I completely agree with what Angie says. This was  from one of the very first few chapters and I thought that entire scene was priceless! I certainly couldn’t put the book down after that.

Another quote that I loved was…..

“I want all of this, but I only want it with you.”

Behind all the humor, it had its seriousness too especially when they revealed how they truly felt about each other.

What did you like/dislike about Mr. Perfect?

Angie:
I thought it was perfect! Really I did! It was something completely different from what JA Huss writes and I loved it! I think the only thing I didn’t like was all the secrecy but by the time I was finished I understood why. I also loved getting glimpses of the other Misters. I’m so excited for Mr. Romantic and I loved seeing little peeks of Nate.

Liezel:
I liked everything about this book except…… that it ended! I would have loved to read more details about how Elle and Mac build their life with one another. I am definitely looking forward to reading  snippets about their life as a couple in the upcoming books of this series.

What do you think of Elle and Mac’s relationship?

Angie:
At first, I think it was lust filled and something they both needed. Then I think it turned into something more meaningful when they weren’t fighting or bickering like two 5 yr olds over a piece of candy. Lol The sex getting there was hot and to me that’s all that matters! But for them, everything they went through, it was needed to make their relationship stronger and to last.

Liezel:
All I can say is that from the moment they met,  these two were completely ridiculous….AND inappropriate…AND fuckin’ HOT! With all these secrets and insecurities it was difficult seeing them being together but that was one thing I loved about this story…JA Huss proving me wrong. They both had to get through their personal issues but once they were over that they were PERFECT.

Would you recommend Mr. Perfect?

Angie:
Yes! I absolutely loved this book! Not only was it hysterical but it had those suspenseful moments that kept you turning the pages. Not only if you’re a JA Huss fan but any fan of contemporary romance with a little suspense who wants a funny read needs to read Mr. Perfect!

Liezel:

Sometimes you just need a good laugh and “Mr. Perfect”  provided the perfect one for me. I appreciated how  it had a good balance of funny, sexy, and serious moments too. I would definitely recommend this story for those looking for a hot and witty romance.

About J. A. Huss

J.A. Huss never wanted to be a writer and she still dreams of that elusive career as an astronaut. She originally went to school to become an equine veterinarian but soon figured out they keep horrible hours and decided to go to grad school instead. That Ph.D wasn’t all it was cracked up to be (and she really sucked at the whole scientist thing), so she dropped out and got a M.S. in forensic toxicology just to get the whole thing over with as soon as possible.

After graduation she got a job with the state of Colorado as their one and only hog farm inspector and spent her days wandering the Eastern Plains shooting the shit with farmers. After a few years of that, she got bored. And since she was a homeschool mom and actually does love science, she decided to write science textbooks and make online classes for other homeschool moms. She wrote more than two hundred of those workbooks and was the number one publisher at the online homeschool store many times, but eventually she covered every science topic she could think of and ran out of shit to say.

So in 2012 she decided to write fiction instead. That year she released her first three books and started a career that would make her a New York Times bestseller and land her on the USA Today Bestseller’s List eighteen times in the next three years. Her books have sold millions of copies all over the world, the audio version of her semi-autobiographical book, Eighteen, was nominated for a Voice Arts Award and an Audie award in 2016 and 2017 respectively, her audiobook Mr. Perfect was nominated for a Voice Arts Award in 2017, and her book, Taking Turns, was nominated for an Audie Award in 2018. Johnathan McClain is her first (and only) writing partner and even though they are worlds apart in just about every way imaginable, it works.

She lives on a ranch in Central Colorado with her family.
