The sizzling second book featuring the Sinner’s Creed Motorcycle Club, bikers bent on riding chrome and meting out mayhem...
Shady has spent the last eight years of his life dedicated to the Sinner's Creed Motorcycle Club. But after losing the man who was both his brother and his best friend, he has a new purpose—to avenge the death of the greatest nomad in Sinner’s Creed history.
His plan is flawless. His mission is simple: seek and destroy. There is no room for distractions—especially a distraction like Diem.
She's infuriating. Demanding. Complicated. Impossible. And for some reason, Shady can’t stay away. But he only has space in his heart for one love: Sinner’s Creed. And the club always comes first. Always.
Liezel’s Thoughts:
While the first book in the series- Sinner’s Creed had me practically sobbing non-stop the second book had me feeling the complete opposite. Vengeance isn’t really a laughing matter but I seriously couldn’t stop giggling because of the absurd banter between Diem and Shady. What a way to catch someone’s attention!
As soon as Diem walked into Shady’s life it was as if a light had been switched. I would say this was because Diem wasn’t like any other woman that he’d met before. Most women would be intimidated by the likes of Shady especially during that time of grieving but she didn’t care one bit. I kept thinking to myself…any minute now he’s going to get rid of her but I’m glad it never happened because the continuous bitchiness got him out of this dark and dangerous funk.
Diem was exactly what Shady needed in his life. She wasn’t like any heroine that I’ve ever come across before. She exuded confidence from every pore of her body and for the life of me, I couldn’t figure what was driving her to be this way up until Kim Jones reveals this shocking surprise towards the end. Unpredictability? Sinner’s Revenge definitely had it in spades.
I do have to admit I was hoping for so much more for this power couple. They could have been unstoppable – taking the world by storm but in the end, I understood why the author took this route. She gave them the peace and serenity that Dirk and Saylor received in the end. Hopefully, this isn’t the last we hear about this amazing couple.
