Trent Mask puts the REV in revolution.
A line has been drawn.
Indie vs Pro
Here at GearShark, we’re straddling that line to bring you exclusive coverage of what some have dubbed the war of racing.
Every war starts with a spark and ends in revolution.
Drew Forrester was the spark,
but his second-in-command is the REVolution.
What does it take to stand brave in the face of opposition?
Resolve of steel…
Stubborn will…
And a heart that refuses to give up.
It isn’t just the drivers in this war.
The revolution is about more than just racing.
It’s about shattering labels and taking risks.
So we asked Trent Mask: Truth or Dare?
His answer?
Both.

Liezel’s Thoughts:

I couldn’t ask for a better conclusion to Trent and Drew’s story. What was so great about this series wasn’t that it was just a fantastic MM Romance but it brought you a certain awareness.

#Rev starts off where #Junkie left off where Trent questioned if it was worth the pain.  Being beat up and broken they knew that disclosing their relationship would be a hardship. Love wasn’t the issue with them, in fact, it never was. But were they willing to fight for what they had?

“Love isn’t easy, not for anyone, but you don’t push it away. You hold even tighter.”

From the very beginning, Trent and Drew had this soul-deep connection, especially considering it was built on a strong foundation of friendship.  It was evident that both would do everything for each other even if it was giving up on their dreams.

“Even if I lost every single one of those things you just listed, it still wouldn’t add up to the single loss of you.”

If that wasn’t true love I don’t know what else is and while at first, Trent was disrespected and tormented by people that he trusted the opposite happened in Drew’s new world. I loved how they explored and grew together as a couple and their linked careers.

I adored these two and while their story has come to an end I will keep reading this series not just because I found the other characters interesting but hoping I catch a tidbit or two about this passionate couple.

The Verdict:

About Cambria Hebert

Cambria Hebert is the author of the young adult paranormal Heven and Hell series, the new adult Death Escorts series, and the new adult Take it Off series. She loves a caramel latte, hates math and is afraid of chickens (yes, chickens). She went to college for a bachelor’s degree, couldn’t pick a major, and ended up with a degree in cosmetology. So rest assured her characters will always have good hair. She currently lives in North Carolina with her husband and children (both human and furry) where she is plotting her next book.
