My eyes are wet. My heart is crushed. My emotions are all over the place.
This book was beautiful and ugly. I had so many mixed emotions that at one time I thought I was going to dnf it because I physically felt ill from what I was reading. It’s not an easy read at all. It will crush you. It will disgust you. BUT by the end you will feel love and loss. You will cherish everything good and loathe all the bad. You will be glad that you pushed past the parts that were hard to read. You will feel complete but sad.
The Girl and Her Ren is tragic, beautiful, and all too real. I hope you love/hate it as much as me.
