Liezel’s Thoughts:
I appreciate the author providing “screen” time for one of Anita’s closest. What is great about it is we see just how close the relationship between her and her men is. It isn’t just about the physical aspects of the relationship that holds my attention but also the emotional and metaphysical connection described in these stories. This goes for Rafael as well.
