Liezel’s Thoughts:
” He soothes my soul. He calms me in a way that I never have been before. I love him. I really really do.”
Sin at Sea was one of my favorite summer reads this year. ( You can find my review HERE) I thought it was a very easy and playful read that was also both scorching and romantic all at the same time. The friendship between Sin and Jolie was delightful and I …
Fueled Book Tour Review
Liezel’s Thoughts:
You’ve never heard of Driven? Or haven’t read it yet? Well, then you need to put whatever it is that you are reading down and go ahead and 1-click this one otherwise you would be missing out on one of the greatest reads of the summer. I thought that Driven was fantabulous ( my review can be found HERE ) but wait until you get to Fueled… it is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.
Talk about girl crushes-Colton isn’t the only …
Driven Book Review
Liezel’s Thoughts:
My Blogging Buddies‘ just kept talking about how they could not get enough of this book….so I decided just to fast forward it on my TBR List.
Yes, it does sound somewhat similar to C and A’s story but there is so much more going on in this book. Rylee is this amazingly smart and attractive altruistic woman dedicated to her job that caters to young orphaned boys. Rylee literally falls into the arms of this spoiled, arrogant …
Seductive Shadows Book Review
Liezel’s Thoughts:
Decided to take advantage of the sale going on (see below) and I have to say that it was worth every single one of my 99 pennies. Loved it! It was not what I expected but it is without a doubt so much more. It delves not only in sensuality and seduction but also in suspense, mystery, deceit and conspiracy. There is so much going on in this book and I anticipate Seductive Secrecy …
The Devil’s Eyes Series New Cover Reveal
I had the pleasure of reading Book 1 : The Devil’s Eyes and 2 : The Devil’s Revenge before I became a blogger and I have to say that this series is on my Top 5 Mafia Book List.
The covers got a major make over and they are absolutely gorgeous. Yup, that is international model Lionel Clerc on the first book cover.
Really looking forward to reading Book 3: The Devil’s Son. If you are a fan …
Escaping Reality Blog Tour Review
Liezel’s Thoughts:
I absolutely love The Inside Out Series and was real excited about this new series by one of my favorite authors.
Just like the rest of her stories I thought this book was well written. The constant verbal rebuttal between Amy and Liam was great. I thought both the main characters were very well matched – physically and intellectually. The chemistry and the romance was terrific. What I didn’t appreciate though was the cliffhanger and the lingering …
This Man Confessed Book Review
Liezel’s Thoughts:
Another favorite series is coming to an end. And what an end it is. I will say that this is one of my top 3 favorite reads so far this year.
What are my reasons for deciding this?
While this book seemed to be longer than your average read and normally I would have been bored at Loc 6349/9531 , I never wanted it to end. There was a never a dull moment. It was multi faceted. Not only …
Runaway Groom Book Review
Liezel’s Thoughts:
My curiosity got the best of me tonight. I signed up for this book blitz and decided I just have to find out for myself – what could possibly make the groom cancel his own wedding?
Oh yeah I was a slightly perturbed at Matthew for cancelling but as I was reading along he started sounding like a man who couldn’t have done such a horrible thing. Come to find out he had one big legitimate reason. He was the …
Girl With Guitar Book Review
Liezel’s Thoughts:
I was very fortunate to win this ebook in a giveaway. I just adored this book! It’s about one lonely country girl committed to a promise that she made to her ailing father …to make sure that her music always came first.
After her father passes, Kylie takes the chance and decides it was time to reach for the stars. She heads to Nashville only with her guitar and not much else to her name. As her funds …
The Last Boyfriend Book Review
Liezel’s Thoughts:
I needed a book like this. This one was a light and easy, heartwarming good read.
I loved how Lucky was so responsible and mature at 22. Despite the loss of her parents she remained strong and resilient. She believed in obtaining an education and was enthusiastic about her chosen major. Even with constant financial problems she remained independent and steadfast.
“I would rather have a month, or a week, or even a day with you than no time at …
